name which will not be the responsibility of
Austrazone Immigration Specialist and will not
be liable in any way. |

a Sub Agent/Affiliate Charge their own fees? |
NO
all sub agents to follow fixed fee structure
as set out by Austrazone Immigration Specialist,
this ensures that every client gets a fair deal
irrespective of their geographical location.
Sub Agent/Affiliate are not permitted to charge
fees from prospective clients. |

When
does a Sub Agent/Affiliate get paid? |
Austrazone
Immigration Specialist usually will pay itself
after the stages in the client contract/agreement
have been fulfilled which is usually 3 or 4
stages as the case may be, agents will be paid
in accordance with these stages as per the commissions
agreed on between Austrazone Immigration Specialist
and the Sub Agent/Affiliate.
Austrazone Immigration Specialist will authorize
the Sub Agent/Affiliate to display the migration
agents reg. no. in the advertisement provided
the prospective clients once referred by the
Sub Agent/Affiliate will deal directly with
Austrazone Immigration Specialist. |

Austrazone Immigration Specialist pay for Ad-Hoc
expenses incurred by the Sub Agent/Affiliate
in their respective country/territory? |
Developing
markets in their respective territories is the
responsibility of the Sub Agent/Affiliate, however
special events or promotions will be negotiated
on a case by case basis. |

agreements in local currencies? |
Austrazone
Immigration Specialist has a range of currencies
it deals with, for ease of payment, this will
be at the exchange and future appreciation of
the currency to the Australian dollar, Austrazone
Immigration Specialist will specify the amount
at the time of signing the agreement and the
charges that are involved, this amount is final
irrespective of the fluctuation of local currency
or the Australian dollar, Austrazone Immigration
Specialist will honour the signed agreement
once agreed and signed. |

their services if there is non performance as
per Austrazone Immigration Specialist guidelines,
termination is also enforced if there is a breach
in Austrazone Immigration Specialist policy. |
